Allow device name to be changed from DOKAN to user-supplied string #105

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be nice to be able to change this string so that I can mount
several drives using Dokan and see at a glance which one I am using.

Sorry.  I found this request (and partial source workaround) in bug 82.
