Can't install driver and mounter #191

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. C:\Program Files\Dokan\DokanLibrary>cd C:\Program Files\Dokan\DokanLibrary

2. dokanctl.exe /i a
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

C:\Program Files\Dokan\DokanLibrary>dokanctl.exe /i a
driver path C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\dokan.sys
mounter path C:\Program Files\Dokan\DokanLibrary\mounter.exe
driver install failed
mounter install failed

As result, DokanSSHFS crashes, when I downloaded the source and compiled it and 
ran, it displayed message box "dokan drive letter problem".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest version of DokanLibrary. OS: Windows XP Prof SP 3

Please provide any additional information below.

P.S. Windows is 32-bit and I did install vc_redist using link provided in 
readme.
