Added Braille (converted from DBL) plus versification, word alignment and text stories (converted from SB 0.1)

@jag3773 You can enjoy the full wonder of references as JSON in the text stories example. There's some cleanup to do there, especially in the combined list of references at the top where there are some overlaps. The license got lost too.
