Definition of variant

Here is the current definition of variant, which contradicts itself. This part:

A Scripture Burrito is a source variant by default. Other variants are programmatically derived from source variants.

is in tension with this part:

A variant is a programmatically derived burrito. The intent of a variant is to identify the upstream source.

I can't think of a good solution that involves simply changing the wording.

The easiest solution would be to:

• Remove the first statement
• Stop calling source burritos variants
• Remove "variant" : "source"
