removed the recipe spec requirement

Just need to source sample audio.

@jtauber There is public domain audio available at https://app.thedigitalbiblelibrary.org/entry?id=105a06b6146d11e7 (World English Bible, NT only)

You can cut it down to a few ingredients for sample purposes. You'll have to carefully edit the manifest and publication sections if you do that.
