Yes, it may be an omission in your stylesheet.
Over here the \va is in the standard stylesheet, and there's no error in the checks on that marker.
Creating a new stylesheet in your case should add the \va marker to that new stylesheet.
The support for the \sup
marker is now in Bibledit.
It seems that bibledit doesn't recognize the marker \sup.
