Setting to turn on/off ability to create accounts #929

Is there anyway you could add a switch in Preferences (or, somewhere) to turn OFF the ability to create an account from the login page? - or, just not display that line on the splash page Anonymous guests can be a problem in some parts of the world.

The feature has been implemented. See the online help, http://bibledit.org:8090/help/config, for how to configure it.

The relevant part is copied here:

Account creation Normally anyone can create an account on Bibledit-Cloud. If this is not desired, tnen put a file called "create-no-accounts" in the "config" folder. Now creation of accounts is no longer possible, and public feedback is no longer possible.
