When building the Bibledit kernel on macOS through Xcode, there are some warnings, which need attention

[ ] kernel/filter/string.cpp:266:8 'wstring_convert<std::codecvt_utf8_utf16, char16_t>' is deprecated
[ ] kernel/filter/string.cpp:266:30 'codecvt_utf8_utf16' is deprecated
[x] kernel/filter/string.cpp:1821:20 Unused function 'substitute_xml_entities_into_attributes'

Fix the third one, leave the other two for the future.
