macOS: Open file from page

The new macOS app, written in Swift, does not yet support file uploads via the web page.

• [x] Check the old Objective-C code for hints about how to do this in Swift.
• [x] Investigate and try methods.
• [x] Implement this.
• [x] Release to the App Store.
