Retire the old Objective-C macOS app #934

The app written in Swift was accepted and is now available on the Mac App Store. See https://github.com/bibledit/cloud/issues/920

The code base now has two apps of the same. The old one written in Objective-C. The new one written in Swift.

[x] Retire the old app in the code base,
[x] including necessary scripts
[x] and tools if any.

The desired result is that only files related to the Swift app remain.

[ ] Possibly to reorganise the directory structure too.
