PoG continues to auto tithe even though daily ~50k BBP donation was exceeded #71

Even though titheinfo showed "Total Tithes" over 100k BBP, my auto tithe (set at tithe=20) was able to donate at 6:01PM and 6:22PM

Fixed in 1.1.8.7 Mandatory update: https://github.com/biblepay/biblepay/commit/52b3fe81ca2ada664d815f21d090aa7ac12b5448

After block 102,025 (the mandatory deadline cutover height) Biblepay upgrades POG to v2.0; this allows thousands of tithes into the pog pool per day and corrects the algorithm from overflow effects and prevents attacks
