documentation update #72

On: https://github.com/bibliocoll/JournalTouch and on: http://bibliocoll.github.io/JournalTouch/ I noticed some things. To keep the text short, I stick to 'change from ... to ...' style. I might be wrong with some of these.

Please, change from: 4. ... e.g. by using a htaccess). to: 4. ... e.g. by using a .htaccess file).

Please, change from: 5. Edit data/cover/journals.csv to: 5. Edit data/journals/journals.csv Or do you mean data/covers/...?

Please, change from: 5. ... (text editor or e.g. Libre Office calc). to: 5. ... (text editor or e.g. LibreOffice Calc).

Please, change from: 6. ... You journals.csv will get updated. to: 6. ... Your journals.csv will get updated.

I cannot find 'config.php' referenced at: 6. ... but you can refer to the config.php file Do you mean: data/config/config-default.php or data/config/user_config.php or something else?
