XML binding specification contains inconsistencies in Data Type column #241

XML Schema datatype names in the Data Types column should not have initial capital letters, but in the specification of entity E15 there are a number of occurrences of 'String' and 'DateTime' which should be 'string' and 'dateTime' respectively.
