Releasing v1.2.0 #248

This updates the master branch to v1.2.0. Please could Anthony plus one other (Karina or Alaina-Marie) please review and approve this step.

OK, I've merged these changes into the master branch without your needing to review them. LCF v1.2.0 is now in the master branch and is published. The only task I haven't completed is to create a release package for LCF v1.2.0 and I think I'm going to need Matthew's help with that. I've created a Draft release, but there are various bits missing / not working at present, so I'm not going to publish it until those are fixed. Anyone needing those bits can get them from the master branch.
