E15 MESSAGE. Are fields E15D07 (Display from date-time) and E15D08 (Display until date-time) only applicable when E15D06 indicate that the MAC01 cod applies (Display/deliver between from/until dates). i.e. if E15D07 and E15D08 are used when E15D06 is either omitted or contains a value code other than MAC01, this should be an error

The review panel agreed that E15D07 and E15D08 are only applicable when E15DO6 is MAC01
