Thank you for your work. This package works very well. I am writing to seek your kind assistance with an issue I have encountered while using the "popsicleR" package. Despite my best efforts, I am unable to resolve it on my own, and I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

The problem I am facing is when I run the sample data, in the quality control phase, the operation will show an error in the attached screenshot.. I have followed the documentation and searched online for potential solutions, but to no avail.

Could you please provide some insights or suggest steps I could take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue? I am eager to continue using the package and take full advantage of its capabilities. error

Thank you very much for your kind words. I suspect there could be an issue related to some version of some installed dependencies. Could you provide the packages loaded in your global environment when the error arises? Please use the function sessionInfo() It could also be helpful if you provided the commands you used in the analysis until the error. Thanks
