What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. inbound call from a contact already in outlook and outcall contact database
2. click on the outcall's popup with the name of the contact

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the click should open the Outlook contact's detail window
Instead: nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Outlook 2003/2007 and Windows 7 32/64 bit

Got the same issue on xp too and I confirm on win7 and outlook 2007.
If I delete the contact, the new contact windows pop up in outlook.
After adding the contact, the new name is displayed in the popup but nothing
happens when clicking the link.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Calling internal or from PSTN pop-up only shows name of caller and not
number.
2. Since there is no number logged, despite showing CLID on Asterisk CLI,
outcall doesn't pass it to Outlook.
3. Hence, a new contact is asked to be created each time. So, it doesn't pull
any saved contacts.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Outcall must query outlook for old contacts and match number but it doesn't do
that.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
Asterisk 1.4 + FreePBX (PBXinaFLASH)
Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
Since, all our inbound Caller is fine and show up on the SIP phones, it seems
to me that Outcall is not capable of collecint the CLID number but only CLID
name portion and hence the problem appears. Checking History by right clicking
Outcall icon also only contains the CLID name and not the CLID number.

I confirm this issue on XP/Outlook 2003 & W7/Outlook 2010. Click on the
outcall's popup windows on the name of the Outlook contact, Contact window do
not open.
Any solution exists?
