update BinaryBuilder (fix #3) #6

@bicycle1885 , looks like travis is happy with this and also https://github.com/bicycle1885/EzXML.jl/pull/68 .

So, if you agree with the change, all you need to do is tag a release v1.0.1 and the new binaries will be uploaded to the release page by travis.

After this is merged and the binaries are available, I'll fix pull request https://github.com/bicycle1885/EzXML.jl/pull/68 to point to the official binaries.

Thank you! I really appreciate your work but I've merged #5 with a few modifications. Now new binary files are available from https://github.com/bicycle1885/XML2Builder/releases/tag/v1.0.1. So, let me close this pull request.
