@Untainted multiplied by a constant should be @Untainted #394

Currently an @Untainted int multiplied by a constant is @Tainted, e.g.
"z" below is currently @Tainted

void test(@Untainted int x) {
    y = x * 10;
    String z = "test" + y;
}
