Zone double click error #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When creating a new zone and I use the double click method as suggested in 
the tutorial the zone is not actually created.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the zone to create. But instead I see a pretend zone that has no 
information stored inside it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Nexta 32 Windows 7
