SSL cert replaced after upgrade #230

I installed my own SSL certs to config/certs/ but after upgrading to a new 
version they got replaced by the default onces. Can you fix this or maybe add 
an option in the config to specify an other path to the certificates?

Ops. Sorry for that duplicate. Google had some problems (500, 502) when adding 
the issue.
