Restoration Crashed #302

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a restoration...
2. Kill the restoration process ( dont know how... but it did.. )

Actual result: The OWP is still printing.. Restoring in progress...

Expected result: The OWP should stop saying that..

How to fix that ? I'm totally blocked.. Restoring of #200 in progress.. 
REstarting owp didnt fix...

Etc..

Local database ( not mySQL )

Fixed with 
sqlite3 production.sqlite3 "delete from background_jobs where status=1"
