API and WHMCS module should be more secure #304

API should be able to use httpS, and WHMCS module should also use httpS. I 
don't know if maybe that can already be done now, I don't see anything about 
that in documentation, and I see that WHMCS module just ignore "use SSL" option 
in WHMCS.

OWP should also have a configurable option to allow API access only from admin 
configured remote IP's.
