Failed to synchronize localhost server state and more #341

Steps to reproduce:
1. installed openvz and web control panel
2. reboot system and loggin into panel
3. trying to add the local machine
-> i saw there is no information about my machine and I tried to install a os 
template and got the error message: Internal Error: Connection refused - 
connect(2)
by clicking on server template i got this "We're sorry, but something went 
wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."
I looked at the log and saw this: "Failed to synchronize localhost server 
state" and "Internal error: undefined method `get_advanced_limits' for 
nil:NilClass"

I restarted openvz and owp but its still the same :(

Version of the product:
last 2.0
Server OS:
Debian Squeeze amd64
Browser:
Mozilla Firefox 3.6
Additional information:
First Install on the Main Rootserver, already installed it on some machines at 
home successfully.

Having the same problem with OWP 2.1 on Debian Squeeze.
Would appreciate any tips and hints to fix this :)
