'Owner' lost when container migrates #406

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a container with an owner assigned to it
2. Use OWP's Migrate tool to migrate to another server

Actual result:
Container no longer has an owner assigned to it.

Expected result:
Ownership should survive a migration (online or offline)

Version of the product:
OpenVZ Web Panel 2.0

Server OS:
CentOS 6.2 x86_64 2.6.32-042stab049.6 #1 SMP Mon Feb 6 19:17:43 MSK 2012 x86_64 
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Browser:
Chrome 17
