NetStream.seek(offset:Number) does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a mp4 video and play it
2. Seek to a second that is valid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result is that the video continues playing at the defined
position. Using rubyizumi (revision 48) the video stops and does not seek. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rubyizumi Revision 48 on Ubuntu Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
I've seen that you're use case for rubyizumi is doing live streaming on
http://vixy.tv where seeking is not required. Is seeking planned to enable
on demand videos as we'll? That would be awesome!!!
