Update to Rails 2.1 and make use of the following...

* Cached stylesheets
* Cached js
* Auto gem requirements

The initial upgrade should be done with r134.

Still having some issues with will_paginate passing tests. Working on it...

Tests passing and everything a-ok in r135.

Going to work on caching CSS / JS now, followed by auto-gem requirements.
