Patch to allow tags with the same name #162

1. Apply patch.
2. show_by_tags will now take /tag_name_id/tag_name_id/...

Also has other appropriate changes in the tests and the layouts to match 
the new syntax.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk.

I contemplated putting in a restriction that subtags couldn't have the same 
name, but then realized that in the admin interface it already makes it 
pretty clear when tags are redundant.
