Figure out a way to support legacy ContentNode with textile input #205

With v1.3 we're using a TinyMCE editor which expects all content to be saved as 
HTML.

I've removed parsing Textile code from the outputs.

Should come up with a way to migrate legacy data for ContentNodes and Product 
descriptions.
