HTML receipt email should inline CSS styles #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deliver an email receipt to someone on Gmail, or in Outlook

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Email should be formatted in HTML properly. Renders fine in Apple Mail right 
now, but due to lack of inline-styles for elements the render looks bad on 
other clients.

To fix this problem we should use something like the premailer gem to inline 
CSS styles.

I attempted initially to use premailer-rails but ran into issues with the 
Engines plugin I believe.
