unable to upload non standard file types #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Name a file "something.mcsz"
2. Attempt to add it as a download, to a product.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Says "content_type cannot be blank" in the logs.

I worked around it locally via:

but there may be a better way.
