Export media and markers in GPX #83

I would be very happy if Open GPS Tracker could to add voice markers to the
stored GPX traces. Exactly, I mean the functionality as described here,
e.g.: http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help/AudioMapping/SeparateClips

Issue 80 naming is single-line short name, saved inside the track structure. 
With
limited length offers the possibility to display inside the application. 
Perhaps on
the map or somewhere in a summary.

The GPX perspective would mean mapping to the elements, so issue 80 would prob 
be
<name> and 69 I think will end up in <desc>. 
# <name>  GPS waypoint name of the waypoint
# <cmt> GPS comment of the waypoint
# <desc> Descriptive description of the waypoint

Need to bundle the image/sounds/video files with the gpx file somehow...
