the surface heat flux parameterization is poor: it's very complicated and unclear it is doing what we want.

I would like to use a much simpler parameterization

Created two new files for this testing

  1. Estimate_v60.jl
  2. call_Blender_v19.jl uses this new "Estimate_v60.jl" script.

Use "GFix" branch for prototyping and testing. This was created from "develop" branch
