Need the ability to Dislike a product in the catalog

As a user, I need the ability to dislike a product in the catalog So that I can indicate disinterest.

Details and Assumptions

Acceptance Criteria

Given a product exists in the catalog
When I navigate to the product's detail page
And I click the "Dislike" button
Then the dislike count for the product should increase by one
And I should see a message confirming that I have disliked the product
