I see that Dockerfile --exclude "fsl/bin/FSLeyes" \ . I wonder on how much space is saved really. If it was not stripped, might be useful for some as an alternative use for the container in case when they don't have fsleyes conveniently installed on their system - and they could run from within the container. just an idea, somewhat inspired by neurodesk where images used for various purposes/entry points.
