try CircleCI with docker #20

this was not it, but I think I found the solution through a bit of Googling.

With this forum entry I got the idea that perhaps we need to unfollow the project and stop building ... and then start building again. I did that and then I restarted https://github.com/BIDS-Apps/SPM/commit/7dffe0290e9d38f46ce7bcde279767a00c61e3ec and it seems to run now.

weird ... but if it works :man_shrugging:
