The move will also include moving the file that list all BIDS apps: https://github.com/bids-apps/bids-apps.github.io/blob/c22bc870d6abaeb6c5d716e4ffd2472ec20885b9/_config.yml#L65

This will break the workflows that you have that may depend on it.

I will move it in a separate PR paired with a PR on the BIDS website repo so you can more easily keep track of it.
