Euler number #38

This PR proposes a group3 analysis_level that extracts the euler numbers from the recon-all.log file (see @adrose Rosen et. al, 2017)

A table is written into /00_group3_quality/euler.tsv

Looks very useful, but why not merge it with group2?

Done. The tables are now exported as part of group2 and the output is written to 00_group2_stats_tables.
