Some use underscore

[--participant_label PARTICIPANT_LABEL [PARTICIPANT_LABEL ...]]
[--smoothing_fwhm SMOOTHING_FWHM]

other use hyphens

[--denoise-strategy DENOISE_STRATEGY]
[--reindex-bids]
[--bids-filter-file BIDS_FILTER_FILE]
[--calculate-intranetwork-average-correlation]
