Add a command field for FSL (issue).
In the jsonld calculation of the example files, the nidmresults-examples prefix has been removed for FSL and SPM (issue).
More precise filtering of activities. Now, lines like numTS and sizeTS are not taken into account. Only commands preceded by a line break are taken into account. (issue)
All examples are now in a single parent directory according to the alternative solution of this issue.
