B1plus/B1minus maps should have fieldmap-modality #14

We decided that b1 maps should also go in the 'fmap'-folder/modality. However, this is never explicitly stated in the extension text now. Any thoughts on how to do this?

So concrete proposal: can we include it in the (general part about quantitative maps)[https://github.com/agahkarakuzu/bep001/blob/repetitiontime/bep001-naming-conventions.md] and just put some extra text that suggests this specific map should go into fmap?
