There have been a lot of changes to the bids specification, so this PR is updating our directory (which is not connected to the specification repository) with the most recent version of the files in master.
I've opened a few issues for points where we might need to have a discussion about how I've resolved "conceptual" merge conflicts: bids-standard#64, bids-standard#65, bids-standard#66, bids-standard#67.
Would be great to have this merged to master quite soon so that new development can build off this version rather than continuing along a diverged track.
