I like that. I tried to classify the proposals based on their predicted level of impact, but we definitely need to label them based on status as well.
I think it would be useful now to come up with a criteria (e.g. difference between :-1: - :+1:) to give some objective (automate in CI?) criteria when issue could be closed as "voted down". Sure thing someone with strong feeling could always "save" it and reopen/refile later on for further discussion/consideration. I propose difference of 3 (e.g. having 3 :-1: or 5 :-1: and 2 :+1: s). WDYT?

In principle all issues we have already filed should go through the BIDS 2.0 and be moved from "No status" to either "Punted" or "Todo" or even "In progress" or "Done" if somehow in those advanced stages.
