[MISC] add motion and nirs preprint citations #1663

preprint for now, but we should add it.

BTW @lpollonini @rob-luke how is the NIRS paper coming along? any news?

BTW @lpollonini @rob-luke how is the NIRS paper coming along? any news?

It was submitted to Scientific Data, but due to changes in the manuscript format/headings compared to previous BIDS papers, it was kicked back. I should be able to re-organize the same content and resubmit next week. We do have a pre-print at https://osf.io/7nmcp/, but it does not reflect yet the changes needed. I will also upload a new version as soon as it is resubmitted to Scientific Data.

thanks for reminding me of the preprint @lpollonini! I added it to this PR.

and +1 for resubmission :-) would be great to have that paper out at some point
