More thoroughly document M0 scan use as field map #1664

This stems from https://github.com/nipreps/niworkflows/pull/839#discussion_r1409740812.

@effigies noted that we don't really describe how M0 scans can be used for PEPOLAR-style distortion correction. For example, the filename patterns for Field Map Case 4 don't include m0scan files.
