Alternative PR to https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-specification/pull/1415 given the discussion about docstring parsing with argh. In my opinion this is still inferior, though it might be more fixable 🤔

It doesn't seem to be, though. The library is able to parse sphinx-style docstrings well, but not so much numpy..
