BIDS things in Neurodesk: aa, baracus, brainsuite, hcppipelines, mrtrixconnectome, pymvpa, spm

also has a few tools to help in converting dicom to BIDS.

There is a bidscoin container and a container called "bidstools", which contains bidscoin, dicom2nii and bruker2nii tools
