Various little enhancements #390

I was looking to suggest to improve bids.neuroimaging.io to reference BIDS models among specifications and then discovered activity in this branch which pretty much already did that.

Commits are just minor tune ups to improve consistency . I still could not figure out how to make "BIDS Schema" 'section' to become a hyperlink like other sections are. It seems that the trick is to have it index.md (not just schema.md)? then may be it would work if we make it schema/ folder within https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-extensions ?

yup that's part of an effort to centralize our doc: that branch is a mirror of what's on https://github.com/bids-standard/in_darkness_bind_them and looks like this: https://in-darkness-bind-them.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

fyi that this branch may see some very wild changes in the coming weeks so small tune ups like this may disappear in those changes: not that you should not suggest those changes but just to let you know. :wink:
