Improve support for ASL data #55

Stems from #14.

I can use the OSIPI recommendations paper (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/mrm.29815) as a basis for the reporting template.

Relevant info to extract:

  1. ASL type
  2. ASL type's subtype (e.g., Q2TIPS for PASL, balanced for PCASL)
  3. Single-delay vs. multi-delay.
  4. 2D vs. 3D
  5. Retained volume types (control-label pairs only, delta-M volumes, CBF)
  6. Typical parameters to list in parentheses (e.g., echo time, multiband factor)
