This makes several improvements to the example:

Remove the code signing team from the exported framework.
Add a Mac Catalyst slice to the XCFramework creation script.
Modify the Sample.app to be able to run on Mac Catalyst.
Remove the custom Bitcode config options as the default ones are working fine on beta 5 and the non-default ones interfered with linking SwiftPackage.
